libcolor-palette-perl software package provides module to manipulate sets of named colours, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcolor-palette-perl
libcolor-palette-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcolor-palette-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcolor-palette-perl *
You will get with libcolor-palette-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
